  • An external power controller requires a 12v power supply.  This can include a vehicle/machine, a larger battery, or a solar battery system like the AJ25A from https://www.ajproductions.co.nz/products/trail-security-cameras/AJ25A-Solar-Panel-Kit.  It can perform a number of different functions depending on its settings.  The current list of functions include:

    Monitor - Relays messages between other controllers and the sensorView phone app.

    Gate - Single arm barrier gate controller

    Master - Dual arm barrier gate that requires a slave controller

    Slave - Dual arm barrier gate that requires a master controller

    Repeater - Repeats messages between barrier controllers and a monitor controller to extend the distance of operation
